RUSKIN FOLK & BLUES

We raised £2705 in total at the Festival plus extra bar takings of course.  Absolutely brilliant and all concerned are to be thanked and congratulated.  The big gazebos are on their last legs and we are having a ‘gazebo checking’ day, probably Sat 16th Sept, after which old and dodgy ones will be thrown out and replaced.  Keep it clear if you want to help.  Date to be confirmed.

Meanwhile, we need volunteers for all sorts of maintenance over the summer.  No dates fixed yet – please let me or Roy know if & when you can help.  As a starter, I will be in Ruskin this Friday (11th) from 2pm and would welcome help with bits of gardening, tidying, cleaning etc.  Nothing technical!  Do come and help if you’re free.
